In Week 1 of Term 2 on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Stage 3, their teachers and some parents travelled to Hill End.
The camp served as an entry event for the History and Geography Project Based Learning Unit - “The people that shape a nation”.
We visited the Scenic Railway at Echo Point, Little Hartley Court House, the historic township of Hill End and the Jenolan Caves. Along the way we saw evidence of early settlers and heard stories about life in the 1800’s. It was both an interesting and fun trip.

CSPD students recognised in Refugee Week Creative Competition

Zing Interschool Challenge 2026 WOW what a fantastic night. Lots of great dancing and fun. Everyone was well prepared and looked the part. Well Done to those who won ribbons and the whole group for winning the Hip Hop routine. You should all be very proud of yourselves. Yesterday, our Year 2 students led a beautiful class liturgy, connecting deeply with their current learning cycle and exploring what it means to love our neighbours through kindness, compassion, and service. Thank you to the many family members who joined us. It was a special opportunity to come together in prayer, reflection, and community. π Vinnies Encounter Day π Today, some of our FIAT students attended the Vinnies Encounter Day at St John Paul II College, Nirimba. Through sessions on the Vinnies Winter Appeal and Catholic Social Teaching, students explored how they can live out their faith through service, compassion and social justice.
