Earlier today the Faith in Action Team joined the Over 50s group from our Parish. They had a great time playing Bingo, Table Tennis and Quoits! The children really enjoyed their time.

Week 7 in Kindergarten: This term Kindergarten has been learning about the scripture God's Creation and the messages we can live out in our lives. This week, the children have been preparing for our class liturgy where we will be thanking God for his creation and asking for his help to care for it. Sharing the Learning in Year 6: Year 6 has had a busy term. We’ve been working hard on our Voice of Youth speeches for the public speaking competition. Everybody did a fantastic job and worked really hard on their presentation. We had 8 students present at our school final in front of an audience of Years 4, 5 and 6. Two finalists and a reserve were chosen to represent our school at our cluster final. We wish them all the best! We also participated in our last primary school Book Week parade with some fantastic costumes. Last week we welcomed our dads and grandfathers into our classroom for Father’s Day and were able to show them all our hard work.

This morning we celebrated all the special men in our lives starting with Doughnuts with Dad, Open Classrooms and a celebration of Mass. We thank all the dads, grandads and family members who were able to join us. We wish you a very Happy Father's Day on Sunday.

Education mass celebrates faith in action
Hundreds of students, parents and carers, teachers and clergy from Catholic schools throughout the Diocese of Parramatta gathered for the 2024 Education Mass to celebrate our schools’ commitment to Faith in Action and their positive engagement in the community.
