This term the OLOL students in Years 3-6 have been learning to play Ukulele, Keyboards and Drums.
In groups they have been working on composing their own piece of music to share with the class, as well as creating it in Garageband on the iPads. It's been a lot of fun! We are excited about the upcoming Musica Viva performance of Taikoz later in the term.

🌿 Stage 2 Excursion to The Field of Mars Reserve! 🌿 Our Stage 2 students had a fantastic day at The Field of Mars Reserve, developing their resilience, cooperation and teamwork skills through a range of exciting challenges! Students tackled three activities: Predator vs Prey, where they built shelters and used water shooters; a blindfolded bushwalk; and orienteering. To top off a wonderful day, two cheeky kookaburras even joined us for lunch! 🐦 It was wonderful to see our students encouraging one another, persevering through challenges and having lots of fun along the way.
