On Monday the 27th of July the Choir performed one of the songs they have been learning, "Like a Drum" by Guy Sebastian at our whole school Zoom Assembly.
The students have been practicing new songs each week since the start of the year and sound beautiful together. View the the recording of the performance in the video above.

Today, 8 August, we celebrate the Feast Day of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop, Australia’s first saint and a woman whose life was dedicated to education, faith and service to others. This Feast Day holds a very special significance for our school community. In 1963, the Sisters of St Joseph, founded by St Mary MacKillop, began our school and played a very important role in establishing our community of faith and learning. More than 60 years later, we continue to be inspired by the spirit and charism of Mary MacKillop, to “Never see a need without doing something about it” and to provide a loving, inclusive and faith filled education for every child. Today we give thanks for the Sisters of St Joseph who planted the seeds of faith in our school community, and for the many Sisters, staff, students and families who have continued to nurture those seeds throughout the years. May St Mary of the Cross MacKillop continue to inspire us to live with courage, compassion, humility and a deep commitment to serving others. Today our school community gathered to celebrate the Feast Day of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop with a special Mass. Thank you to our Year 2 and Year 4 students and teachers for leading such a beautiful celebration and helping us reflect on Saint Mary MacKillop's example of faith, compassion and service. We also acknowledged Primary School Principal's Day. Thank you, Ms Byrnes, for your dedication, leadership and care for our school community. We are incredibly grateful for all that you do each day. 🎉 100 Days of Kindergarten! 🎉 What a fantastic day we had celebrating 100 Days of Kindergarten! Our students have achieved so much in their first 100 days of learning, and we loved taking the time to celebrate this special milestone together. The day was filled with fun activities, including creative craft, making Fruit Loop necklaces, outdoor games, and dressing up for the occasion. There were plenty of smiles, laughter and memorable moments as we reflected on how much our Kindergarten students have grown. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished so far and can't wait to see what the rest of the year has in store! 💙💛
