In Week 1 of Term 2 on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Stage 3, their teachers and some parents travelled to Hill End.
The camp served as an entry event for the History and Geography Project Based Learning Unit - “The people that shape a nation”.
We visited the Scenic Railway at Echo Point, Little Hartley Court House, the historic township of Hill End and the Jenolan Caves. Along the way we saw evidence of early settlers and heard stories about life in the 1800’s. It was both an interesting and fun trip.

Term 3 Week 3. Year 1 have been learning all about mini-beasts ππ·οΈπ. We've been writing fun stories and facts about them, drawing detailed pictures, and looking closely at texts to find information using the pictures, words and titles. Year 1 has really enjoyed exploring and interacting with the mini-beast table, which has sparked curiosity and great classroom discussions. πππ¦

Today, Sunday 3rd August, we came together as one Parish and School community to celebrate Mass. We thank the children who participated in different parts of the Mass. We thank the many, many families who were able to join us. We hope to see you at our next Parish and School Mass.

Term 3 Week 2 in Year 6. We participated in a prayer experience this week. In groups we prepared an experience for others to engage in. Afterward, we reflected on the different ways they made us feel. We were also lucky enough to have an incursion - Kaleidoscope Science. We had fun learning about forces and movement through lots of cool short experiments. #kaleidoscopescience
