On Thursday the 27th of September we held our first ever Creative Arts Showcase Concert.
We got to show the Parents, Teachers and Students all the wonderful gifts and talents of the students in the OLOL Community. We heard a beautiful Welcome Song from Infants classes, saw amazing dance performances from Year 3-6, heard the Choir sing, heard the Ukulele group play and were dazzled by our first performance of our first ever OLOL Rock Band.
Congratulations to all students who were selected to participate. The concert was an amazing success.

CSPD students recognised in Refugee Week Creative Competition
Over 125 students from 10 Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) schools have been recognised for their empathy and powerful storytelling as part of the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Australia Refugee Week Creative Competition.

Zing Interschool Challenge 2026 WOW what a fantastic night. Lots of great dancing and fun. Everyone was well prepared and looked the part. Well Done to those who won ribbons and the whole group for winning the Hip Hop routine. You should all be very proud of yourselves. Thank You to all our wonderful Teachers who gave up their time for lunchtime practices, attending on the night and winning the teachers dance. Go the OLOL Beliebers. Yesterday, our Year 2 students led a beautiful class liturgy, connecting deeply with their current learning cycle and exploring what it means to love our neighbours through kindness, compassion, and service. Thank you to the many family members who joined us. It was a special opportunity to come together in prayer, reflection, and community. We are so proud of our Year 2 students for the thoughtful way they shared their learning and faith with us all.

π Vinnies Encounter Day π Today, some of our FIAT students attended the Vinnies Encounter Day at St John Paul II College, Nirimba. Through sessions on the Vinnies Winter Appeal and Catholic Social Teaching, students explored how they can live out their faith through service, compassion and social justice. Thank you to Vinnies for providing this meaningful opportunity to inspire our students to make a difference in our community. π
